Prashant Kishor Says Bihar MLC Voters Will Back Change

Bihar will hold elections for eight seats in its Legislative Council on October 23.

The seats represent graduates and teachers.

Prashant Kishor, who leads Jan Suraaj, said these voters want improvements and political change.

He said teachers are asking for respect, better schools and the seventh pay scale.

He said unemployed graduates want more job opportunities.

Jan Suraaj has chosen Anuj Kumar Singh to run in the Patna Graduate constituency.

He will face Neeraj Kumar, the NDA/JD(U) candidate.

Political parties are preparing to campaign now that nominations have closed.
