Apple's Unreleased Pink and Yellow AirPods Prototype Surfaces
Apple once made pink and yellow AirPods, but they never sold them.
These colorful earbuds were tested a long time ago when Apple was making the first AirPods.
The final product that people bought was only white.
Apple has tested other colors before, like pink and purple, but they usually choose to sell only white AirPods.
The pink and yellow prototypes show that Apple thought about making their earbuds more colorful, but they decided to keep them simple.
Only the more expensive AirPods Max come in different colors now.
It's interesting to see what could have been!
Apple tested pink and yellow prototypes for the first-generation AirPods.
The final product launched exclusively in white.
Other tested colors included pink, Product Red, purple, black, and blonde.
Apple has a history of testing bold colors but often opts for safer choices.
Only the AirPods Max are currently available in a range of colors.
