Madhya Pradesh Corrects Bhopal Master Plan 2047 Provisions
The Madhya Pradesh government found mistakes in the proposed Bhopal Development Plan 2047.
It issued two official corrections called corrigenda.
One correction explains how Green TDR should be calculated for certain projects.
The certificate can equal twice the area of land included in the project.
The corrections also cover Commercial Mixed Use Centre areas.
Rules for building one’s own house were not changed.
