Delhi Police Detects 3,079 Vehicles With Unauthorised Tinted Films
Delhi Traffic Police found 3,079 vehicles with films on their windows that did not follow the rules.
The checks took place across the city from September 21 to October 4.
The Northern Range had the most reported violations.
Police say very dark windows can make it harder for drivers to see other vehicles, people walking, and cyclists.
This can be especially dangerous at night or in bad weather.
Some people use these films for privacy, shade, or appearance.
Police say they will keep checking vehicles and act when rules are broken.

The special enforcement drive ran across Delhi from September 21 to October 4.
The Northern Range reported the most violations, with 1,256, followed by New Delhi with 793.
