Retired Lt Gen dies in hit-and-run
A retired army general named K S Mann was very badly hurt in a car accident where the driver didn't stop to help.
He was 83 years old.
He died the next day in the hospital.
The police are still trying to find out who did it, but they don't have any pictures from cameras to help them.
They haven't found the car or the driver yet.
Retired Lt Gen K S Mann, 83, died from injuries sustained in a hit-and-run accident.
The incident occurred on Friday evening, and he passed away on Saturday at Command Hospital, Chandimandir.
The accused vehicle remains unidentified due to lack of CCTV coverage at the accident site.
Panchkula police have been unable to trace the driver or the vehicle responsible.
Investigations are ongoing to identify the accused vehicle and driver.
