Tamil Nadu Underperforming Despite Talent Edge: Governor Ravi
Governor R N Ravi said that Tamil Nadu, which is a very advanced state with lots of engineers and researchers, is not doing as well as it could.
He mentioned that the state produces 200,000 engineers and 6,500 research scholars every year, which is the highest in the country.
However, the state is not attracting as much investment as it should, and the small business sector is not growing as expected.
He said that if these issues are fixed, Tamil Nadu can become the best state in the country.
Tamil Nadu produces 200,000 engineers and 6,500 research scholars annually, the highest in the country.
Despite its talent edge, the state is not performing optimally and can do much better.
Investments are not flowing into the state as expected, and the MSME sector is not thriving.
Tamil Nadu's ranking in attracting private investments has slipped from 2nd to 6th in recent years.
Addressing these gaps can help Tamil Nadu emerge as the top state in the country.
