BSNL Fined for Wrongful International Roaming Charges

BSNL Fined for Wrongful International Roaming Charges

A man was charged by BSNL for using international roaming data while he was on a flight from Thailand to India.

He couldn't have used his phone during the flight, so he complained.

The court said BSNL was wrong and made them pay him Rs 30,000.

They also had to fix his bill and adjust his security deposit.

This shows that phone companies can't charge people for things they didn't do without checking first.
