Actress and Woman File AI Abuse Cases
Two women have filed complaints about people using AI to create fake videos and photos of them and sharing them online without permission.
One case involves an actress named Anasuya Bharadwaj, who said this happened after she talked about women's clothing being a personal choice.
The other case involves a woman from Uttar Pradesh who said a man she met on Instagram used AI to make fake videos of her and threatened to send them to her family.
The police in both cases are investigating and have started taking action against the people involved.
Actress Anasuya Bharadwaj and a woman from Shahjahanpur, UP, have filed complaints against individuals for online abuse and defamation involving AI-generated content.
The cases involve the circulation of morphed and sexually explicit content created using AI tools.
