Salesforce Introduces Agentforce AI in Slack for Employee Tasks
Salesforce has launched Agentforce in Slack, an AI tool to help employees with tasks.
Agentforce allows users to search company data, access team conversations, and move tasks forward.
Salesforce will release Slack Employee Agent Templates on June 12th to ease the process.
The tool is powered by role permissions, and integrated with Salesforce.
The templates include Slack Customer Insights for summarizing opportunities, updating CRM records and collecting data using Salesforce Data Library, Slack Onboarding for helping new hires and Slack Employee Help for support.
Enterprise Search, which searches across third-party apps like Google Drive and Microsoft OneDrive, is also enabled.
Users can make prompts shareable for broader awareness within the company.
