WGA Expels Park Chan-wook and Don McKellar Over Strike
The Writers Guild of America, which is like a union for writers in movies and TV, kicked out two of its members: Park Chan-wook and Don McKellar.
They were removed because they worked on a TV show called "Sympathizer" during a time when writers were on strike.
The WGA also punished another writer, Anthony Cipriano, for his work on "The Last Breath".
These actions show that the WGA is serious about its rules and supporting its members during strikes, which is when writers stop working to try and get better contracts.
