Vapi Gets First Town Planning Scheme Approved
Imagine Vapi is like a giant puzzle, and the government just got the instructions to put it together!
They approved a plan to organize how the city grows.
This plan, called a TP scheme, is the first of its kind for Vapi.
It helps make sure roads are built in the right places, and that everyone has access to important things like water and electricity.
It also means there will be parks, hospitals, and homes for people.
Before this plan, it was hard to build things in an organized way.
Now, Vapi can grow into a well-planned city, making it better for everyone who lives there.
Vapi's first town planning (TP) scheme has been approved by the state government.
The scheme covers approximately 126 hectares of land west of the Custom Frontier Road.
The Vapi Municipal Corporation (VMC) will now be able to carry out planned development.
The TP scheme aims to improve road infrastructure, essential services, and public amenities.
The city will now have designated plots for affordable housing, recreation, and other services.
