Sudhakar Raises Demands of Anganwadi Workers in LS
Dr. K Sudhakar, a BJP MP, spoke in the Lok Sabha about the demands of Anganwadi and mid-day meal workers.
These workers, who are mostly women from poor backgrounds, help with things like giving meals to school kids and helping mothers.
They are asking for more money, better benefits like pension and insurance, and to be officially recognized as essential workers.
Dr. Sudhakar said it's important to support these workers because they do very important jobs for the health and nutrition of the country.
He asked the government to talk to them and solve their problems.
BJP MP Dr. K Sudhakar raised the demands of Anganwadi and mid-day meal workers in the Lok Sabha.
Workers are demanding increased honorarium, social security measures, official recognition, and uniform benefits across states.

Most workers come from economically weaker backgrounds and receive low honorarium.
