Kerala Rights Panel Orders Probe Into Fatal Thrissur Crash

Kerala Rights Panel Orders Probe Into Fatal Thrissur Crash

A car carrying eight people crashed into a lorry in Kerala.

The lorry was parked on the highway.

The crash happened late on Friday night in the Thrissur district.

All eight people in the car, who were from Tamil Nadu, died.

Some of them were students from an engineering college.

Kerala’s human rights commission wants to find out exactly what caused the crash.

It will examine whether the parked lorry and missing road signs played a role.

Officials have been given two weeks to submit their report.
