India and Indonesia Discuss BrahMos Missile Deal
India and Indonesia are talking about a big deal for a special missile called BrahMos.
This missile is very fast and can be used on land, sea, and in the air.
India has already sold some of these missiles to the Philippines, and now Indonesia might buy them too.
The BrahMos missile is made by a company that India and Russia work together with.
It's really good at hitting targets far away.
India is also trying to sell this missile to other countries like South Africa and some in the Middle East.
The missile can go even farther now than before, and they are working on making it go even faster in the future.
India and Indonesia discussed the BrahMos missile deal during the Defence Ministers’ Dialogue.
BrahMos is a supersonic cruise missile operational in all three defence services.
Indonesia could become the second country to buy BrahMos missiles from India.
The missile's range is being upgraded to 500 km for land and 400 km for ship attacks.
BrahMos Aerospace is looking to export the missile to at least 10 countries.
