Nepal PM Balen Shah to Meet Indian, Chinese Ambassadors
Nepal's Prime Minister Balen Shah, who came to power after a Gen Z uprising, has been breaking from traditional diplomatic practices.
He has refused one-on-one meetings with foreign envoys, including senior US diplomats.
However, he is now planning to meet the Indian and Chinese ambassadors separately on the same day to balance Nepal's ties with both countries.
This decision comes after he completed his first 100 days in office.
Shah has also started engaging regularly with the business community, including traders, contractors, industrialists, and exporters.
