Kangana Ranaut Calls CJP Protesters ‘Anti-National’ After Police Crackdown

People in different parts of India are protesting over changes to voter lists.

They want Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar to resign.

The changes are part of a process called the Special Intensive Revision, or SIR.

Kangana Ranaut called the protesters “anti-national forces.”

She also said the protests were a conspiracy to destabilise the country.

That is her view of the protests.

Delhi Police detained more than 4,000 protesters during a crackdown in the capital.

Those detained included Opposition leaders.
