PT Usha hails Bhagwat's 'inspiring' talk with Gen Z protesters
PT Usha is a big sports leader in India.
She went to a big student meeting called IIMUN in Mumbai.
A very important man named Mohan Bhagwat spoke there too.
Bhagwat leads a large group called the RSS.
PT Usha said his speech was inspiring and his answers were very good.
In his speech, Bhagwat talked about students who protest and have real problems.
He said it is not fair to call these young protesters 'anti-national'.
He said adults should talk with young people and listen to them instead of calling them names.
He said protesting is okay when people have no other way to be heard.
He also said young people today ask a lot of questions and want honest answers — and that is a good thing.
Indian Olympic Association President PT Usha described RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat's IIMUN address in Mumbai as 'inspirational' and praised his responses.
Bhagwat said student protesters' grievances are genuine and pushed back against branding young protesters as 'anti-national'.
He urged dialogue and a 'sense of belonging' with India's youth, calling them the country's next generation.
Bhagwat framed protest as a legitimate democratic tool when other channels fail and said Indian education needs improvement.
He highlighted a generational shift, saying Gen Z and Gen Alpha question authority and want logical answers, unlike earlier generations.
