Panvel Municipal Corporation and Lions Clubs Organize Tree Plantation
The Panvel city government teamed up with local Lions Clubs to plant trees.
They planted 45 different kinds of trees at a crematorium to help protect the environment.
This was part of a bigger plan by the city to encourage people to help the planet.
Many people from the community and the Lions Clubs joined in to plant the trees.
The city is also giving away free young trees to encourage people to plant more trees.
Panvel Municipal Corporation and Lions Clubs organized a tree plantation drive.

45 indigenous tree species were planted during the drive.
