Mumbai Hosts 33rd International Sunni Ijtema
The 33rd International Sunni Ijtema is happening in Mumbai from December 12 to 14, 2025.
It's a big gathering for Sunni Muslims, organized by Sunni Dawate Islami.
This year, it's special because it's celebrating 1,500 years of Islam.
On the first day, there are special sessions for women talking about their rights and knowledge.
The next two days are for men, and they'll talk about spirituality, technology, and how to be good in modern times.
Many famous scholars will speak, and there will be lots of people there—over 1,00,000 women and 2,00,000 men.
There will also be prayers for peace and guidance on careers and education.
The organizers have made sure there are plenty of facilities and security measures to keep everyone safe.
The 33rd International Sunni Ijtema will be held at Azad Maidan, Mumbai, from December 12 to 14, 2025.
