Police in Delhi arrested two men after a brief gunfight.

Police suspect the men are associates of Rashid, who is also called Cablewala.

They allege the men had fired at a person and his house in Bhajanpura on October 2.

Nobody was hurt in that earlier incident, but bullets hit parts of the building.

Police said the men later fired at officers when asked to stop.

Two bullets hit officers’ protective jackets, and the men were wounded and caught.

Police said they recovered guns, bullets and a motorcycle without a number plate.

The investigation is continuing.
