Urine Chart: India's Guide to Staying Hydrated
The government is helping people stay healthy by providing a simple guide called the Urine Color Chart.
This chart shows you how hydrated you are by looking at the color of your pee.
If your pee is light yellow, you're doing great!
If it's dark, you need to drink water right away.
It is important because it can prevent feeling sick from being dehydrated, which can happen when it's hot.
Remember to drink water regularly, and watch out for signs like dizziness and dry skin.
The Urine Color Chart helps individuals assess hydration levels.
The chart categorizes hydration into four levels based on urine color.
Light yellow urine indicates adequate hydration; darker shades signal dehydration.
Drink water immediately, rest, and monitor urine if moderately or severely dehydrated.
Certain factors like medications, foods, and health conditions can affect urine color.
