Bihar Assembly Elections: Final Phase Concludes, Results Due November 14
Bihar is having an election, and on November 11, the last day of voting happened in many parts of the state.
This election is important because voters are choosing who will lead Bihar for the next few years.
The first round of voting had a lot of people show up, more than ever before!
Now, over 1,300 new people are trying to become leaders, including some famous actors and people who used to be in government.
Voters have to choose between the current leaders, who are the NDA, and the opposition, called the Mahagathbandhan, and also a new group called Jan Suraaj.
Everyone wants to know who will win, and the answers will come out on November 14.
To make sure everything is fair, there are many police and special observers watching the voting.
The final phase of Bihar Assembly elections concluded on November 11, covering 122 constituencies across 20 districts.
A record 64.66% voter turnout was recorded in the first phase of the election held on November 6.
Over 1,300 candidates, including 136 women, ministers, and celebrity contestants, are vying for seats in the final phase.
The Election Commission has deployed significant security forces and implemented transparency measures like webcasting from all polling booths.
Results for the 243 Assembly constituencies will be declared on November 14, determining the next government led by NDA, Mahagathbandhan, or Jan Suraaj.
