Yamaha Expected to Launch YZF-R2 in India Tomorrow
Yamaha is getting ready to introduce a new sports motorcycle in India.
The launch is expected to happen tomorrow.
Many people think the motorcycle will be called the YZF-R2.
Yamaha has not officially confirmed that name yet.
The bike is expected to be bigger or more advanced than the R15 V4.
It could give buyers another choice between the R15 and more expensive 300cc-plus motorcycles.
People can already reserve one by paying Rs 10,000.
That money can be returned if they decide not to buy the motorcycle.
Yamaha is expected to launch a new fully faired supersport motorcycle in India tomorrow.
The model is widely expected to be the YZF-R2, although Yamaha has not officially confirmed its name.
The motorcycle would sit above the R15 V4 in Yamaha’s India lineup.
The YZF-R2 trademark has been registered by Yamaha in India and several other markets.
Pre-bookings are open for Rs 10,000, with the amount refundable if buyers cancel.
