ABD targets premium growth, margin expansion
Allied Blenders & Distillers (ABD), known for Officer’s Choice, is aiming for big growth in the next few years.
They want to sell more expensive and better-quality drinks, which should help them make more money.
Right now, about half of their sales come from these premium products, and they hope to increase that.
They also want to improve how much profit they make from each sale by making their operations more efficient.
ABD is also expanding to more countries, including the US, Canada, and Europe.
They are even building a new factory for special whiskey that will be ready in 2029.
Additionally, they might buy other companies or factories to help them grow even more.
ABD aims for mid-double-digit value growth in FY26 and beyond, driven by premium products.
Ebitda margins at nearly 14% in Q3 FY26, targeting 18% by FY28 through operational efficiencies.
Premium portfolio (P&A) expected to reach 50% of sales volume by Q4 FY26, up from 48.5%.
Overall volume sales grew 1.3% y-o-y to 9 million cases in Q3, with premium segment growing 16.9%.
Expanding export footprint to 35 countries by FY26 end, with plans for a European hub and new distillery in Telangana.
