Mbappe Wins 60 Million Euros in French Court Ruling Against PSG
Kylian Mbappe, a famous soccer player, won a big court case against his former team, Paris Saint-Germain (PSG).
The court said PSG didn't pay him for three months and didn't give him bonuses he was supposed to get.
The court decided Mbappe should get 60-61 million euros because PSG couldn't show that Mbappe had agreed not to be paid.
Mbappe also claimed he was treated unfairly by PSG, but the court didn't agree with all his claims.
Mbappe left PSG to join Real Madrid, where he earns a lot of money.
This is a big deal because it shows that even famous players can win against their teams if they aren't paid correctly.
The Paris Conseil de Prud'hommes ruled in favor of Kylian Mbappe on December 16, 2024.
PSG was found to have failed to pay Mbappe for April, May, and June 2024.
The court awarded Mbappe 60-61 million euros, including unpaid salary and holiday payments.
PSG could not provide written proof that Mbappe had agreed to waive these payments.
The French Professional Football League (LFP) had previously recognized these amounts as owed to Mbappe.
