Western Railway cancels five trains on Maharashtra, Gujarat routes

Some trains in India are going to take a little break.

Western Railway, which runs trains in parts of Maharashtra and Gujarat, said five trains will be cancelled.

This is because workers need to fix and upgrade the railway tracks and signals.

Signals are like traffic lights for trains — they tell drivers when it is safe to go.

The work is happening in the Bhusaval Division area.

The cancellations will happen on August 11, 12 and 14.

The cancelled trains connect cities like Surat, Dadar, Nandurbar and Bhusaval.

People who use these trains every day might need to find another way to travel.

The railway says this work will make train journeys safer and smoother.

After the work is done, trains can run more safely on these routes.
