Bolivian ex-President Arce arrested in corruption probe
Luis Arce, who was the President of Bolivia until last month, has been arrested.
The Bolivian Attorney General said Arce will face trial for alleged embezzlement that happened when he was the economy minister, not while he was President.
A former minister, Maria Nela Prada, said this is an abuse of power and political persecution.
