Five Companies Free Up ₹25,000 Crore Shares

Five companies in India will have their shareholder lock-in periods end this week.

This means that a lot of shares, worth nearly ₹25,000 crore, will be allowed to trade on the stock market.

The biggest part of this is from Anthem Biosciences, which has shares worth ₹23,619 crore becoming available.

The other companies are Midwest Ltd., Capital Infra Trust Ltd., KSH International Ltd., and Laxmi Dental Ltd.

The shares will be freed up on different days this week.

Just because the shares can be traded doesn't mean they will be sold right away.

The companies' shares are trading at different prices compared to when they were first issued.
