TikTok bans Perez Hilton after self-harm livestream triggers police check
There is a famous blogger named Perez Hilton who talks about celebrities.
He had a scary night on Tuesday.
He was livestreaming on TikTok, a video app, when people thought he was hurting himself.
Many worried viewers called the police to check on him.
Police went to his home in Miami and talked to his family.
Later, he was safely found and taken to the hospital for medical care.
TikTok noticed the video quickly and turned it off after about 15 minutes.
Then TikTok banned his account because he broke their community rules.
His family said thank you to everyone who was worried and asked for privacy.
Earlier this year, he was also very sick in the hospital after a flu turned into a serious infection called sepsis.

Worried viewers called police, and the Miami-Dade County Sheriff's Office conducted a welfare check at Hilton's Miami home.
Hilton was safely recovered and taken in for medical attention, later reported hospitalized.
TikTok said its automated moderation flagged the stream within minutes and shut it down after roughly 15 minutes due to a moderation error, saying it normally acts within 90 seconds.
Hilton's family thanked fans in a blog statement, confirmed he is receiving medical care, and asked for privacy.
