Tripura-Mizoram Gas Pipeline Reaches 45% Completion

A big pipeline is being built to carry natural gas from Tripura to Mizoram.

It's almost halfway done, with 45% of the work finished.

The pipeline is 119.5 kilometers long and will start from a place called Panisagar in Tripura and end near Aizawl in Mizoram.

Once it's done, people in Aizawl will get natural gas in their homes.

A minister from Mizoram visited to check on the progress and said this pipeline will help a lot of people and create jobs.

The plan is to finish the pipeline by December 2027.
