DDA Launches 25% Discount Housing Scheme in Vindhyachal
The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) is starting a new housing scheme called Karmayogi Awaas Yojana in December.
This scheme offers flats in Vindhyachal (formerly Narela) at a 25% discount.
The flats are for government employees and are divided into three categories: Higher Income Group (HIG), Middle Income Group (MIG), and Economically Weaker Section (EWS).
The first phase will offer 1,168 units in Pocket 9 of Sectors A1 to A4.
The DDA hopes that better roads and metro projects will make these flats more attractive to buyers.
This is part of their plan to make Vindhyachal a good place to live and work.
