AWS Launches Trainium3 and Nova AI Tools
Amazon Web Services (AWS) has launched a new AI chip called Trainium 3 and introduced new AI models under the Amazon Nova family.
These new tools are designed to help companies build and use AI in a more efficient and cost-effective way.
The Trainium 3 chip is already being used by a company called Anthropic to train its AI models.
AWS also announced Nova 2, which can understand and respond to different types of inputs like text, images, speech, and video.
Additionally, they introduced Nova Forge, which allows customers to customize AI models with their own data.
AWS is trying to show that their AI solutions are both powerful and cost-effective, and they believe that the next big thing in AI will be agents that can complete full tasks across different areas of business.
AWS launched the Trainium 3 AI chip and new AI models under the Amazon Nova family at re:Invent 2025.
Trainium 3 is designed to be more cost-effective and efficient than competitors' chips and is already being used by Anthropic.
AWS introduced Nova 2, a multimodal system that can process text, images, speech, and video inputs and respond accordingly.
Nova Forge is a framework for enterprises to customize and deploy AI agents securely on AWS.
AWS aims to position itself as a leader in the AI market with these new tools and infrastructure.
