Bail granted to second accused in Hyderabad advocate murder case
A very serious case happened in a city called Hyderabad.
A lawyer named Khaja Moizuddin was hurt very badly by a car near his home, and sadly, he died.
The police arrested seven people and said they planned to hurt him because of a dispute over Waqf properties.
One of the arrested people is an 80-year-old man named Mahbub Alam Khan.
He had been in jail for 75 days.
A judge decided to let him go home while the case continues, which is called bail.
The judge said he must pay a bond of one lakh rupees and get two other people to promise money too.
He has to visit the Nampally police station every Wednesday and cannot leave the country or change his home address.
If he breaks the rules, his bail will be cancelled.
The main accused person still had his bail request denied by the court.

Bail was set at a personal bond of ₹1 lakh with two local sureties for a like sum.
The court rejected the bail plea of the prime accused, Mujahid Alam Khan, a day earlier.
Khan, who is 80 years old, had been in remand for 75 days; his counsel cited age and health in seeking bail.
Moizuddin died after being rammed by a car near his house at Nampally on May 23, and police arrested seven persons over an alleged conspiracy tied to a Waqf property dispute.
