One complaint was about getting a work visa for Portugal.

Seven more people later made similar complaints.

Investigators checked bank records, travel papers, messages and other evidence.

They also compared signatures.

The agency then filed a chargesheet against Kartik Choudhary in court.

In a separate matter, another case was opened against a Srinagar business over unfinished Modular Kitchen work.

The allegations in both cases will be considered through the legal process.
