Cockroach Party, govt hold talks amid protest
The Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) and the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) are having a meeting in New Delhi.
The CJP wanted the meeting to be in a neutral place, not at a minister's home or office.
They are protesting and want the resignation of Pradhan and other things like better education and money for families who lost loved ones.
The last time they talked was on July 20, but the CJP said they were not treated fairly.
The protest is still going on.
High-level meeting between CJP and BJP leaders is currently underway at the Constitution Club of India in New Delhi.
CJP insisted on a neutral venue for talks, rejecting initial offers to meet at a minister's residence or office.
The last round of talks between the two sides took place on July 20.
CJP alleges they were kept under 'virtual detention' during the last meeting and demanded future talks at a neutral venue.
CJP continues protest at Jantar Mantar, demanding Pradhan's resignation and other reforms.
