The Andhra Pradesh government gives monthly pensions to people who need social support.

Nellore district has 2,87,970 pension beneficiaries receiving ₹126.14 crore each month.
Atmakur constituency accounts for 36,010 beneficiaries and ₹15.97 crore in monthly pensions.
