Protesters Gather at Jantar Mantar After Violent Clashes
After a big protest on Monday that turned into a fight, fewer people showed up at Jantar Mantar on Tuesday.
The protest is about a test called NEET-UG that some students think was leaked.
Most of the people there were students and supporters of the Bhim Army.
Some people were not happy because leaders of the Cockroach Janata Party met with a government official, which they thought weakened their protest.
The protest leaders want the education minister to resign, money for families of students who died, and a climate activist named Sonam Wangchuk to be freed.
On Monday, many police officers got hurt, and some protesters were arrested.
Fewer protesters gathered at Jantar Mantar on Tuesday after violent clashes the previous day.
The protest is over the alleged NEET-UG paper leak, with demands including the resignation of Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan.
Students and Bhim Army supporters expressed dissatisfaction with the CJP's meeting with Union Health Minister JP Nadda.
The CJP reiterated demands for compensation for families of students who allegedly died by suicide and the release of climate activist Sonam Wangchuk.
More than 118 police personnel were injured during Monday's clashes, and several protesters were detained.
