Bajaj Auto Plans Brands, Products in Portfolio Reset
Bajaj Auto is changing many of its motorcycle products.
It has already launched 12 products and plans three more products and two new brands in FY27.
The company especially rebuilt its Pulsar 125 and Pulsar 150 motorcycles.
The updated motorcycles have new parts underneath, including new frames, engines and gearboxes.
They also offer features such as riding modes, navigation screens and easier low-speed control.
Bajaj’s motorcycle registrations grew, but the overall market grew faster.
Because of this, Bajaj’s share of the market became smaller.
The company also faces higher costs for materials.
Bajaj hopes its new products will help it grow faster and regain market share.

Higher commodity costs equaled about 4.5% of revenue in Q1 FY27, although Bajaj Auto’s EBITDA margin rose to 20.9%.
