Apple TV+ Price Rises in US, Remains Affordable in India
Apple TV+, the streaming service, has increased its monthly price in the United States to $12.99.
This change is for new subscribers right away and for existing users when their next bill is due.
Subscribers in India, however, will continue to pay Rs 99 per month.
Apple says they raised the price because they are making more original shows and movies.
This increase follows similar moves by other streaming services like Netflix and Disney+.
Apple seems to be focusing on offering premium content at a higher price in the US while keeping prices low in India to attract more viewers.
