Duce Robinson Returns to Lead Florida State's Rebuild
Duce Robinson is a star football player for Florida State.
After a good season with over 1,000 yards, he thought about leaving for the NFL.
But he decided to stay because he wants to help his team get better.
Last year, the team didn't do well, and he feels bad for the fans.
He wants to make things better.
Many players left the team, but Robinson is staying to lead and help new players join.
He also wants to improve his skills and show he can be a better player.
He thinks this is the best decision for his future.
Duce Robinson, an All-ACC first-team receiver, decided to return to Florida State for the 2026 season.
He had a successful 2025 season with 56 catches for 1,081 yards and 6 touchdowns.
Robinson wants to help rebuild the team after back-to-back losing seasons (5-7 in 2025 and 2-10 in 2024).
He is playing a key role in recruiting new players, including three transfer quarterbacks.
Florida State is experiencing significant roster turnover with 13 transfer signees and 32 high school or junior college prospects signed in December.
