Hunter Biden's Child Support Dispute Over Daughter's Wellbeing
Hunter Biden and Lunden Roberts, the mother of his 7-year-old daughter Navy Joan, had an agreement in 2023 about child support and other things.
Hunter was supposed to give Navy some of his paintings or the money from selling them, and also talk to her.
But Lunden says Hunter stopped talking to Navy and didn't give her the paintings.
Hunter's lawyers say that not talking to Navy isn't against the rules, and that he has until 2025 to give her the paintings.
Lunden wants the court to make Hunter follow the agreement and increase the child support money.
The case is still being decided in court.
Hunter Biden's lawyers argue that his lack of communication with his 7-year-old daughter is not a legal issue.
Lunden Roberts claims Hunter Biden stopped talking to their daughter, causing her trauma, and has not provided the promised artwork.
Hunter Biden's lawyers state that the agreement does not require him to contact the child and that he has until 2025 to provide the artwork.
Roberts initially agreed to lower child support payments from $20,000 to $5,000 monthly but now wants the court to uphold the original agreement and increase payments.
The lawsuit is still pending in an Arkansas court.
