Mumbai Faces 99-Hour Water Supply Disruption
Mumbai will have less water for 99 hours starting December 22.
This is because workers are fixing water pipes for the new Metro Line 7A.
Areas like Dharavi, Andheri, and Bandra will be affected.
In some places, water will be available in the morning and evening, but the pressure will be low.
The work will finish by December 26.
Mumbai will experience water supply disruptions for 99 hours from December 22 to December 26.
The disruption is due to pipeline reconnection work for the Mumbai Metro Line 7A project.
Affected areas include G North (Dharavi), K East (Andheri), and H East (Bandra) wards.
Water supply will be available at specific times but with low pressure in the affected areas.
The BMC has scheduled the work to minimize inconvenience during the Christmas break.
