Reliance Rolls Out Solar Modules, Expands Green Energy Capacity
Reliance, a large company, has started making advanced solar panels in India.
These panels use a special technology called HJT, which is designed to catch more sunlight and be more efficient.
They're beginning with a small amount but plan to make a lot more soon.
Additionally, they are building factories to produce batteries and machines that make green hydrogen.
The company wants to create a lot of green hydrogen and sustainable aviation fuel to help protect the environment.
They also have a large solar project in Kutch and aim to produce a large amount of these resources every day.
Reliance Industries (RIL) rolled out 200 MW HJT solar modules in Jamnagar, Gujarat.
RIL plans to expand solar module manufacturing to 10 GW initially, then 20 GW.
Battery and electrolyzer giga factories are under construction, set for 2026.
The company is developing a solar project in Kutch, Gujarat.
RIL aims to produce 3 million tonnes of green hydrogen annually by 2032.
