Premier Energies Q1 Profit Rises 53% To Rs 471.9 Crore

Revenue from operations grew to Rs 2,462.6 crore from Rs 1,820.7 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.
Sequentially, profit improved from Rs 456.8 crore in Q4 FY26, while revenue rose from Rs 2,230.3 crore.
The company completed the acquisition of a 51 percent stake in Transcon Ind Ltd., making it a subsidiary from April 3, 2026, and added a Power Transmission & Distribution Equipment segment that contributed Rs 106.5 crore in revenue.
Premier Energies terminated its proposed acquisition of KSolare Energy Pvt. Ltd. with no financial implications, and basic and diluted earnings per share stood at Rs 10.45.
