Odisha to Establish Financial Tech Hub for Skill Development
The Odisha government is starting a new program called the I-GFTCH to help people learn about new technologies like AI and digital finance.
This program will work with other organizations.
Over the next five years, more than 7,000 students will learn about these technologies, which should help them get good jobs.
The goal is to make Odisha a leader in this field and boost the state's economy by training its youth.
Odisha government launched the Integrated Global Financial Technology Capability Hub (I-GFTCH).
The hub aims to establish Odisha as a center for digital financial technologies.
It's a collaboration between the Department of Electronics & Information Technology and the Department of Higher Education.
The I-GFTCH is in partnership with the Global Finance & Technology Network (GFTN).
Over 7,000 students will gain skills in AI, blockchain, InsurTech, and digital finance.
