Chandrasekhar alleges corruption over poor government school conditions despite spending

Rajeev Chandrasekhar visited a government school in Pappanamcode.

He said the school was in poor condition even though Rs 3.5 crore had been spent on its construction.

He reported that students still lacked drinking water, electricity and drainage.

He also said the roof leaked and the floors were damaged.

Chandrasekhar blamed the CPI(M) for corruption and neglect.

He said the school building had been opened during an election period by V Sivankutty.

He proposed fixing the urgent problems first.

He also proposed a larger plan to improve sports and other activities at the school.
