Shriram Finance Shareholders Approve MUFG Deal
Shriram Finance is a big company that helps people with money.
They had a deal with MUFG Bank, a big bank from Japan.
The deal was for MUFG to buy a part of Shriram Finance.
The people who own parts of Shriram Finance, called shareholders, had to say yes to this deal.
