Thai Edit: Culinary Journey at Delhi Airport

The Radisson Blu Plaza Delhi Airport recently hosted a special event called 'Thai Edit' at its Soy Neung Roi restaurant.

Chef Ittirit Panyim, also known as Chef Duck, from Bangkok curated this event to showcase authentic Thai flavors and dishes.

The event featured popular Thai dishes like Kung Pao Chicken, pineapple crumble pie, and mango sticky rice.

Chef Duck explained that Thai food is unique because it combines spicy, sweet, and sour flavors in one dish.

The restaurant also offers vegetarian options like papaya salad and Pad Thai with tofu.

All ingredients are flown in from Thailand to ensure authenticity.

The event aims to introduce people to the rich and diverse flavors of Thai cuisine.
