Kejriwal Urges CJP Movement to Demand Modi’s Resignation

Arvind Kejriwal said a protest movement should ask Prime Minister Narendra Modi to resign.

He said the Chief Election Commissioner acted because of the prime minister.

The Cockroach Janta Party, or CJP, disagreed about who should resign first.

CJP wants Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar to step down.

It says millions of voter names may have been left off draft voter lists.

The group says this happened during a voter-list review called the Special Intensive Revision.

It claims more than 13 crore names were affected across 30 states and Union territories.

CJP has started a campaign called “Election Commission Thik Karo.”

It has also warned of a nationwide protest if its demand is not met.
