Raghavendra Bhat Appointed Karnataka Bank MD & CEO
Karnataka Bank has a new leader!
His name is Raghavendra Srinivas Bhat.
The big bosses at the Reserve Bank of India said it was okay.
So, he will be the main boss, called MD & CEO, for one whole year.
He started on November 16th.
Before this, he was already helping out as a temporary boss for a few months.
Now, he has the official job!
Raghavendra Srinivas Bhat appointed as MD & CEO of Karnataka Bank.
The appointment is for a one-year term beginning November 16.
The Reserve Bank of India approved the appointment on November 14.
Bhat's appointment was ratified by the bank's board.
He previously served as Additional Director in the capacity of MD & CEO after the previous CEO's resignation.
